Halloween Street Bash

CALLING ALL RCOs!

Join the City of Merced for a Halloween-themed event! This year's Halloween Street Bash will be a family-friendly walkthrough event for the community at Joe Herb Park. This event involves decorated car trunks, Halloween floats, decorated booths, and live music. RCOs will have the opportunity to serve as volunteers to the community by handing out candy and decorating either a booth or trunk of a car.

Registration is NOW open! Deadline to sign up is Friday, October 7th

Please see below for the registration form if the date and time of the event work for you.

WHEN: Saturday, October 22 (Set-up at 4PM, Clean-up at 8PM)

WHERE: Joe Herb Park, 2200 Yosemite Parkway, Merced CA

What Participating RCOs Will Do:

  • Must bring your own candy.
  • Be parked for set-up at 4PM.
  • Decorate your trunk or booth. There are some great trunk decorating ideas on the internet!! Please refrain from anything overly spooky or gory.
  • Bring some lawn chairs to sit in and hand out candy to the kids!
  • For safety reasons, please plan to stay for the entire duration of the event, breaking down your decorations and leaving after 8 P.M.

Help your organization to get more involved in the community and, as an added bonus, your members will get service hours!

Please note that there is an additional paper form that will need to be filled out by the deadline, as well. The PDF of the form will be automatically sent out to RCOs who register through the form below - both forms need to be filled out to receive all the information for participation!
