USDA Food Distribution

Calling All Bobcats!

USDA's food distribution programs strengthen the nutrition safety net through the distribution of USDA Foods and other nutrition assistance to children, low-income families, emergency feeding programs, Indian reservations, and the elderly. This service is open to all students, staff, and community members in need of food assistance!

If you are interested volunteering, join us to help serve your community at a future USDA Food Distributions event. Food Distributions are held on the 3rd Friday of each month - open to UCM/MCC students & Merced Community!

UC Merced students need to bring their CatCard to receive food allotment. Staff and community members, please refer to the income guidelines.
