Looking to get ahead on your community service hours this summer or are you looking for an opportunity to serve as a mentor for younger students? Check out the Kids Discovery Station Summer Camp opportunity! The Kids Discovery Station is hosting a summer camp for students aged 6-10, offering them an enriching out-of-classroom experience with a fun introduction to STEAM projects, all facilitated by volunteers!
This service project will take place at 350 W Yosemite Ave. Merced, CA which is located across from Merced College. This is a long-term service opportunity that will last from June 10th - August 2nd with several shifts to accommodate volunteer schedules! Volunteers will are not required to attend all dates of the summer camp, volunteers can sign up on a weekly basis - for example: June 10 -14 & July 8 -12.
Although transportation will not be provided for this service project, it is accessible via public transporation since the location is right across from Merced College.
