Merced Pride Center: Trick or Treat Street
Merced is bringing a Trick-or-Treat Street event back to Downtown Merced for the ENTIRE Merced Community and Beyond to enjoy! There will be over 50 businesses passing out candy along Main Street and Canal - free and for all ages. This event is on Saturday, October 29, 2022 from 3:00pm-5:00pm in Downtown Merced. Merced County: Halloween Dance & Party
Hello Bobcats! Merced County invites you to volunteer for the Special Needs 2022 Halloween Dance/Party happening Friday, October 28, 2022 at the Merced Senior Community Center from 5pm-9:30pm (15th and O Streets Merced, CA 95340)!
Students who attend this event will help with events, such as organizing a raffle, costume contests, distributing snacks and so on!

City of Merced Parks and Recreation
WE'RE BACK! This year's City of Merced Parks and Recreation Halloween events start on Saturday October 22nd! This is a free event for the community, so volunteers are definitely appreciated! Come dressed in your Halloween costumes and bring your candy bags and get ready for lots of candy, vendors, and fun spooky decor and music!

**OPPORTUNITY FULL, WAITLIST ONLY**Halloween Street BashSaturday, October 22nd, 4PM-9PM (Shifts Available) Joe Herb Park: 2200 Yosemite Parkway, Merced 95340 This years Halloween Street Bash will be a family friendly walk through event for the community at the parking lot of Joe Herb near the softball field. This event involves decorated car trunks, Halloween floats, decorated booths, and live music. During this time slot volunteers will be expected to help out in all areas such as setting up, decorating, passing out candy, facilitating games, and cleaning up. You may also be asked if you are willing to dress up in a costume for event purposes. If you are volunteering, please meet at Joe Herb Park parking lot near softball fields. |
Tiny Tots Pumpkin PartyFriday, October 28th, 3:30PM-8:30PM Applegate Park Zoo: 1045 W. 25th St. Merced, CA 95340 This is a friendly family Halloween festive community event held at Applegate Park Zoo. Event entails Halloween decoration, crafts, edible eats and much more. Volunteers will be helping out in all areas assisting youth in different activities. You may also be asked if you are willing to dress up in a costume for event purposes. |
Zpooky NightsOctober 29th & 30th, 5:30PM-9:30PM Applegate Park Zoo: 1045 W. 25th Street, Merced, CA 95341 This years ZpOOky Nights event is looking for volunteers to assist at their annual event at Applegate Park Zoo. Volunteer opportunities are varied and begin on October 29th and continue through October 30th. Volunteers will be expected to help out in all areas such as setting up, decorating, assisting in crafts, disinfecting, and cleaning up. You may also be asked if you are willing to dress up in a costume for event purposes. |
