MLK DAY OF SERVICE - Feb. 18, 2023
The new MLK Day Celebration date has been set, mark your calendars for Saturday, February 18, 2023.
Join the Merced MLK Committee to celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. through community service. There are two shifts available for UCM students, staff, and faculty to participate in.
9 - 11 AM: meet in the corner of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and 24th Street (Also know as the Amtrak). Volunteers participating during this shift will be organizing the participants of the parade. The Parade will begin at 10 AM.
11 AM - 2 PM: meet at the Merced Art Kamangar Theatre at 301 West Main St. Merced. CA. Volunteer participating during this shift will help vendors set up, check-in performers and welcome attendees. The Theatre Program will begin at Noon.
