The Black Excellence Symposium is a campus-wide event centered on honoring Black excellence, resilience, and leadership while fostering connection and community engagement. Volunteers play a vital role in ensuring the success of the symposium and supporting a welcoming experience for all attendees.

Volunteer Responsibilities
· Event check-in and guest support
· Assisting with sessions and room transitions
· Supporting speakers and presenters
· Set up & Clean up
· General event support and logistics
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Volunteers will receive a detailed schedule and role assignments prior to the event. This is a great opportunity to gain event experience, support an impactful campus program, and contribute to a meaningful day of learning and celebration.
